AMPED-UP Yoga

This class is for the yogi who wants to take it to the next level. The instructor will demonstrate amplifications and higher level poses throughout the class keeping the vinyasa flow at a quicker pace. Elevating your heart rate and warming you up to get deeper poses, all levels with prior yoga experience are welcome to come and take it at their own pace.

 

Arms/Abs

Target and tone the abdominals and upper body.

BLAST

This fast paced Butts and Guts class will focus on balance, legs, abs, stability, and toning.  Who says you can't work up a sweat in toning class.

BOOT CAMP

Mixing traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength training.

Butts & Guts

Focus on your abs and glutes with this 30 minute workout.

Cardio Blast

High energy heart pumping cardio involving floor mixes and steps. High and low impact.

Cardio MIX

This interval cross conditioning class is non-stop energy and fun. If you like variety, then this class is for you as it changes weekly.

Foam rolling

Move better, feel better. Foam rolling helps relieve tight achy muscles to increase blood flow and restore overall well-being.

GROUP POWER/Body Sculpt

This strength training class consists of upper and lower body strengthening with the use of barbells, dumbbells, and bands.              

H.I.I.T.

High intensity interval training is for anyone ready to challenge themselves with a high energy workout. Great for maximum benefit in one class using a combination of cardio and weights.

HOT POWER YOGA

Incorporates moving through traditional Yoga poses in a heated room. Practiced in a flow to tone and sculpt muscles.

KICKBOXING

Choreographed Cardio Boxing to improve endurance and muscle tone.

Low Impact cardio fit

Designed to increase muscle strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, coordination and agility, with plenty of fun.

Pound

A full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. Combination cardio, pilates, strength movements, ply-metrics and isometric poses.

Pilates

Focused instruction incorporating core strengthening, stretching, and breathing techniques. Elongating movements deliver slimming results.

 

Spinning

Cycling with indoor comfort. An amazing cardio workout filled with intervals, hills, speed work and endurance training. You control the intensity of the ride; we control the bumps and curves. Great for all levels.

SPIN/HIT

This class fuses the cardio burn of spin and the interval training of H.I.T. Get the best of both worlds in this fast paced class.

Stretch Express

Stretching provides the opportunity to return the muscle to its pre-workout length; a mindful lengthening of the muscle.

TRIPLE THREAT

Intense 30 min workout of cardio, toning, and core.

Yoga

This class will inspire all experience levels offering a full range of postures. Must be able to get on and off the floor unassisted.

Silver Sneakers Classic

 

Muscular strength and range of movement is the focus of this creative multi-level conditioning exercise geared for individuals 65 and over.

 

Silver Sneakers Yoga­

Yoga Stretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity .

Silver sneakers Cardio

Circuit class working with a combination of cardiovascular and resistance training exercises designed to increase cardio-respiratory and muscular endurance.

Strength. Confidence. Flexibility. Mind takes the best from yoga and Pilates and combines them into one fusion class. Designed to relax the body and mind with peaceful music and invigorating movements.  The focus of this class is on core muscles, lower body, strength, and balance.
